Preview Training From Home Thursday, Sharps & Softs w/Layering
The purpose of the Belly Dance Training from Home Series is to provide guidance and direction and basically answer the question, “What should I be working on today?.
Thursday drills will help you feel your timing and get used to working in your layering with a variety of moves, traveling steps and turns.
Remember that this particular class is all about understanding what comes natural to your body and allowing it to take over.
The Thursday class contains 3 different drills along with a wrap up chapter and is 45 minutes in length.
