Beg, Borrow or Steal Moves

For belly dance village members I thought this would be an interesting topic since most of us are choreographers or aspiring to be. It’s just food for thought but in today’s day and age I think it’s worthwhile to think about. Follow your heart on this one because down the road you may come across problems with dancers copying you or following your style. It’s always a compliment, one that is irritating none the less but obviously if someone takes the time to follow in your footsteps, they see something unique in you. Let’s talk about this. The Generation Gap – Belly Dance Etiquette

It may seem to some who have followed my blogs and commentaries that I kind of harp on a particular issue. There is a reason for it because I feel this topic important enough to bring up again in BDV. So bare with me as I write a very strong opinion on dance conduct, etiquette and manners.
